opinions on if what im doing is right .
well i got a 92' s13 . and had originally wanted to swap it for an sr. but due to lack of funds for the highschool pizza kidd that wasnt likely . but my KA doesnt knock or anything and rusn great. im swappign out the automatic and putting soem staggered 17"s and the n-1 exhaust i got a hold of on in 2 weeks . at that time i want to start the engine build . i plan on going from the inside out . putting some new rods pistons valve springs etc on first . then upgrading my fuel system with injectors rail pump yada yada yada . then the engine should be sufficent to run boost adequetaly and not just throw a kit on half ass it and think im cool lol . but you gusy think this is the right direction ? input ? word
focus on suspension right now...save your money for school books...
knowledge = power = $$$
then buy G35 and laugh at people driving 240sx...hahaha
just make sure everything is running great..and play with suspension/drivetrain
boosting takes alot of money

If your going to build a ka-t get a second block ( you can get them for free especially if they don't run, and since your rebuilding it, it doesnt matter if it runs.) Turbo stuff is fairly expensive, but I would recomend a t3 b/c of the displacment of the engine. A t25 would cause you to run more boost for the same power, and you would end up having to replace it after 300hp or it will just die really quick
. Also you need something to control your fuel or you waisted all of your time, so options are EMS, piggyback, or something cheap like a safc.
cheap version, part together a stock turbo system from a sr20 and have fun modifying it
. good for about 225hp!
But I agree with the others and just get suspension, and if you wanna go faster.... strip it. power + wieght = speed.... I think every 10 pounds you shed= 1 hp

because none of this will ever happen, and people like talking to hear themselves talk
1. fix all leaks, problems with your car.
2. replace TC bushings with new bushings or rods
3. get some coilovers
4. get a real LSD
5. tires
6. fix new leaks, problems with your car because your driving it hard.
7. pay taylor or someone to remove your emissions crap
8. become awesome with your stock KA
then after that see where you are.

I agree with rob lol
Also The KA stock block record is now like 700HP or some shit why build it ? The bottom end is already forged just get better pistons.. BUt eh your young keep it as a daily. Buy a diff car when you get older and more money.. Then modify that..

Spend money on suspension. You do not need a fast car to deliver pizza's, cause they have those bags that keep the pizzas warm you know.
Suspension = money well invested.
By the time you build your motor, you will have regrets, or crash your car and try to sell your parts for 50% what you paid, and get depressed and kill yourself. If you get coilovers you cannot go wrong.
Get your shit running right. And then boost stock block with good tune someday in the future. You need wheels and brakes, and suspension to support power mods.
