paint the centers black, polish the lips real good, stretch tires for better fitment. off to a good start.

anyone with eyes and knows what real wheel fitment is should immediately know this is a great set up.

sandy came by the other night. all he needs is to dump the car a little more. run a slightly smaller tire with a mild stretch. and get an alignment.

we are rolling and PULLING his fenders this week. none of that ( 45 degree razor rolls) as Dan calls it lmao along with a good lip polish this week. then all of you will eat your words!

 

btw. the side skirts are great. nothing beats oem. also. if you are going to paint the centers black. don't spray paint it. i have lots of primer and black paint. ill even let u use some clearcoat. or we can just do complete polish. which would look 10x better IMO.

 

Not sure why JC doesnt like the kouki usdm sideskirts.
The wheels do need full restoration finish. They are gonna be paint stripped, polish the rim, thanks to Ranjo on the buff pad, then spokes will be painted flat black, and finished with polyurathane clearcoating.
It's gonna look hot when it's all done in less than 2 months.

As for tires, the fronts are 205/55 and rears are 225/50 currently.
So probably go with 205/45 all around?

 

usdm kouki skirts look better on zenki's actually has that smooth look. my car needs jdm oe aero skirts (the flat ones) and rear valences to look right with the sometimes odd looking usdm kouki front and lip.

 

the jdm ones look unfinished without the rear valences.
