I did some searching and didn't find anything on GC's.

Has anyone used or is using GC's for their suspension setup? If so, what shocks and spring rates worked best?

If not, what would be some good quality alternatives in the same price range (ex. $800-$900) for a shock/sping combination or coilovers that will not loose their performance characteristics with daily driving, auto-cross, and road-racing several times a year?

ask epstein and jonas. I bought there GC coils...I still have them and will sell them to you if want. I never rode on them, but they made the car sit really really nicely.

 

i had em. they will slam your car. one of the shocks i believe was blown. one of the rears. they lasted me about 3 yrs. drag, drift and autox. they will allow u to do them. just no tthe full full potential. drifting wasn't a problem for what it was. drag was horrible wheel hop. fine for conservative stuff.

 

I replaced that blown shock

 

im wondering if the Tein Basic Damper would come into good play here...

 

What shocks and spring rates did you get?

I will let you know after I know about the rates and shocks.
