Default FWD sr20det probs!

bleh so ive recently had swapped the Gti-R sr20 into my 200sx.

it came with a tuned ECU...and unfortunatly...i dont have the money for a dyno tune and SAFC.

i will be getting them in the next couple of weeks.

As is the car when it doesnt break up runs fine...

here are the problems.
Sometimes 1st and 2nd gear hardly boost at all...maybe a late little bit around 5 or 6k. (doesnt do ti all the time...normally it boosts up at around 4k)

other times...when it pulls hard like it should...around 5 to 6k it breaks up....

ive tried looking for boost leaks...i belive i have them all wrapped up.

We have gapped the plugs properly and im running NGK Bkr6e's running that plug due to metal headgasket...

sooo is there any suggestions to make the next few weeks more enjoyable before the dyno tune or???

run NGK Bkr7e's(hotter) and gap them down to 28

i thought the 6's were hotter...the car ran like pure shit when we had 7's in there...car wouldnt idle at all....
