Default Dual 248 Cams in S14 KA Question

I have seen this topic before but not many clear answers so I will put out my situation.
I have a S14 KA24DE motor that I am installing S13 Dual Exhaust Cams in.
I know that you have to reset the cams to get the timing right but my question is. How do I set up these cams I cannot go by FSM and This motor had not cams in it when I started on it for referance....
Someone said to clock the intake side cam back 4 notchs and the exhaust cam is ok on original marks?
Just need some advice from the more experienced guys. Thanks a Ton.

Look on jim wolfs site for pdf file on installing cams thats preety much all youll need other than some forum research (Freshalloy Zilvia.net Nicoclub.com).
Most mechanics will install the cams for $100 bucks.

If i remember right, Jesse (MaxType240) mentioned something about repinning the cam your going to use for the intake. Search zilvia.net and ^ those others for the info, im sure its out there somewhere. Sorry couldn't be of much help.
