S13 seat belt problems

S13 seat belt problems
My driver side seatbelt is locked up on the off position (like if the door was open). And it seems to be stuck. I was wonderning, has this happened to anyone of you guys, and is it an easy fix? Is there a fuse or anything for the automatic seatbelts? thanks.

Yeah that happed to me also on the passenger belt locked up. so i just unpluged the seatbelt harness and left it in one position. That would be the easiest fix. then just go get some S14 seat belts and do the conversion soooo much better. I just pick up some S14 seat belts from LKQ, will be doing the conversion this wekend =)

Yes. S14 is manual belts. So you can throw all the heavy auto crap away (don't forget the autobelt computer underneath the center console). Here's a pic of them in my S13 for visual:
