i had that prob it might be a fpr or the vacuum line on the fpr usually the line gets hard and cracks which will cause the fpr to basiclly stop workin.. crimp one of the fuel lines and see if it will start.it should stay runnin after it starts.

pull the fuel pump fuse and try to start, just to be sure.

Getting no spark, and fouled plugs does not mean excessive fuel, could just be the distributor not firing correctly.

found out injectors werent seated properly dumping fuel instead of in jecting them...car runs now at high idle but surges revs go up and down....vaccum leak?
