Default 1990 300ZX? which??

Which exaust would be the best for me to get i have a 1990 300zx twin turbo and would ther be much of a difference if i got the Turbo XS RFL rather tehn teh HKS SSQV BOV???

I'm gonna assume you mean BOV not exhaust... get the HKS if you have the money, the RFL's are fine also but loud from reports I've read (and as its name would imply) For ultimate cost to benifit ratio just leave the stock recircs in place and not buy BOVs.

EDIT: If you want a suggestion on exhausts I would suggest labree (www.specialtyz.com) for a variety of reasons but any catback will net smiliar HP gains.

dont waste your money on a rfl they dont hold boost for very long and they cause backfiring. I rock the hks ssq it sounds badass and it holds boost like a champ. It also works better for venting to the atmosphere, less stalling and bogging.

i was asking 2 different questions 1. which exaust should i get. 2. which BOV should i get? i know teh HKS is alot better but alot more money i can get the RFLS for cheap and i wanted to know if there would be a big difference?
