i hear a whining noise that makes me sound like im supercharged or sum shit lol. From inside the car its sounds like its coming from the passenger side somewhere. But when i heard under the hood, it seems to be coming from the intake manifold. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

 

Alternator bearing is probably dying. When most accessories die, they usually make whining supercharger noises.

 

check your belt tension. most likely its what epstein said though.

did you check the tension of your belts?

 

Did you ever replace your drive belts ? Sound's like it would be a good time to do so, if not your alternator bearing is probably dying.

 

Seems to be the month of mysterious whining sounds from under the hood.. I have the same. Can't locate it. Belt replacement is next on the agenda.
