BTW i think the bov is leaking, it makes a leaking noise after about 3psi nad wount pop off untill like 4500rpms, when i had the t25 on it it was loud, didnt make that leaking noise, and sounded every time i shifted above 2500rpms, now all i get is compressor surge noises, need advice for that too. THANKS!

check to gaskets on the turbo flanges. that might be the leak our hearing.

more boost. get a boost cotroller and bump it up. i would not run anymore than 11.

Funny stuff... +1 on the manual boost controller. pretty cheap of ebay, and allow for more boost than the bar rating on your wastegate spring.

Im Not sure what brand of FMIC that is, when i was polishing it there were no markings on it. where is the turbo flange? the leak sonds like its leaking thru the trumpet part of the bov, almost all of the parts that are on it, came with it. the stock t25 was leaking oil into the intake, so i got the t28 from Ivan and shawn rewelded the down pipe at CFP.

I would worry about the boost leak you have before making any more boost.. the cheap way to go is a granger valve.. The best way is get a cheap electronic boost controler.
