Default Steering wheel problem 240sx

Hey guys my 240 came with an aftermarket steering wheel with no cover. Now, the guy who sold it to me says there is one bolt holding that sucker on. But i took it off and that thing didnt move an inch. it still acts like its connected completely. I was just wondering if there is any hidden ways or anything just to take it off so i can put the original back on. any help would be awesome. thanks.

It's true that there's only one nut holding it on. The hub of the wheel is sort of pressed on to the column. Shoot it with WD40, grab the top and bottom of the wheel in each hand, and jerk the hell out of it!
