Default No boost?

Just installed HKS wastegate actuator on my T25 (SR20DET). I adjusted the rotating piece at the end to the exact length of the factory wastegate. Now, I produce no boost whatsoever. I'm sure it's set wrong. Can any give me a hand, since there are no directions on how to adjust the HKS wastegate for the T25 turbo anywhere?

Hey, i have the same wastegate, and my turbine fins are gone. I want to said it was the wastegate bcuz i barely get into boost. There is a way to get boost At the end of the wastegate rod, there should be a screw like rod, just rotate it to adjust the boost.

I thought you were supposed to align the rod with the length of the factory wastegate. I did that, and I see know boost.

Is it "now" or "no"?

Just get a boost gauge and mess around with the little fu*ker. Or take it to someone who knows what they are doing...unlike me

I have a t28 with hks actuator...Did you have it welded onto the bracket?

What I did was had the bracket welded on and then I screwed actuator on, then adjusted the rod so that it fit around the clip. It is just supposed to be on there, not tight or loose, just position it correctly and throw a C-clip on there....or you could get the boost gauge idea..
