If you want spray can paint, check out wheel paint by Duplicolor:

The Duplicolor ones dont have gold that I know of. You can try other paint from your local retailer. Also, you may want to look into powdercoating.

Dont use those cheap spray cans POS. I mean they work great, but theres better alternative to them.

Find any automotive spray paint, usually those small cans. Clean up your wheels, use acetone or MEK to remove any grease or dirt. Then paint your wheels.
As far as clearcoating, as i said many times, im very satisfied with my urathane clearcoating. Its the same kind of clearcoating as your hood/door/fender/etc.

there prolly is something out there..
get some high temp paint..
use some "anti-rust" primer from walmart to start it off so it goes smooth..
then get some nice laquer type paint like i did..no chips at all..and these wheels never get washed..

idk..this topic as been sooo beat to death...it should be sent to GCC..
