im looking at a bunch of used cars and the infiniti g20 has really caught my eye. i was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them? how is doing normal maintenence? prices for parts? overall quality of the car? and are they reliable as a commute car?

Friend Kenji has a G20 (P10). It's extremely nasty and hauls some serious ass. Drives it to work and school everyday. And they are nice and cheap. Maby he will chime in and give you specs and his view on them.

wow, thanks you guys. right now this white g20 is my main choice. in a close second is this greenish/grayish one.

both seem like very nice cars. the white one is right near $7000. with only 74,000 miles on it.

the greenish one is aroung $5000 with 116,000 miles on it. both base model (non-touring) package. i might just go with the cheaper one and save myself some money. if anything goes wrong, i know the prices on engines thanks to JC and ebay. im excited about these cars. ive never heard much about them before. they seem pretty sick.

Only the lowports were kept to 7000rpm and speed limiter to 109. The high ports could spin it up to 7500 and had no limiter. Also the g20 handles better than the 200sx and the sentra.

 

The VET heads are nasty. There is a guy on G20.net that spins his to 10,000 rpm's.
