Default just fell back in love with the fourteen..

ah...finished my swap today...
learning to drive 5spd..not as hard as i predicted..
lovin it right now...feels so good..except at stoplights...stoplights suck ass..
cant wait to break the 500 mile marker...then i can have some real fun w/ it...
thanks to everyone who gave me advice during the swap...really helped alot..

clutch > torque convertor

There WILL be mistakes as you practice. I stalled out several times during rush hour on US19 when i was at a stoplight. People were honking at me. It was an embarassing moment for me.

oem clutch or aftermarket? oem has a decent slip to it so you wont stall often, aftermarket the more power it's rated to handle the less margin of error for moving in 1st gear.

congrats man, it's always nice to get someone from the slush-box side to come over to the gear slamming/grinding/mis-shifting gear side. Yeah +1 on that it's a little hard to concen... bounce... bounce bounce.

haha..today i was driving w/ neck-break speed...meaning...very slow..and not controlling the clutch very well..hahaha

no reverse lights..so watch out..or ill run ya over!

only accident i've caused was when i was 16, first 5 speed, and stopped on a really steep hill with a car behind me on my ass. didnt gas it fast enough, and i rolled back just enough to hit ford POS behind me. u live and u learn. good luck
