Jim wolfe makes a twin pop charger that incorporates two air filters. that may be where he got the idea. it looks like he tried to extend the design and failed horribly. I just read up more on it and the if you look closely at the pics, he states that the rear wing is adjustable with a remote control.... BWAAHAAHAA
I wander if he gets it up to 88 mph if he can travel through time with it too.
