I would greatly appreciate the help on this one. I have a 95 240 se, when i hit any kind of bump in the road the rearend feels like its gonna come round on me.? I have tein springs, everything else is stock. what do you think could be causing this

Im not too sure what you mean by "rear end come around on me."

Anyways, check all of your suspension bushings. Look for signs of any breakage.
Basically im saying is jack up your entire car, and inspect everything underneth it.

 

sounds like blown struts to me. maybe subframe bushing (but that often has a clank noise associated with it). look and see if any bushings are worn out, and look to see if your struts are leaking.
