I currently have Front 17x8 +25 with 225/45/17 and Rear 17x9 +35 with 255/40/17

Future plans include stepping up to a 9" front and 10" rear rim for a little more traction. I am still debating between 17" and 18" wheels.

That offset is quite high...
Do you want to run staggered?

If I had to choose, I would just run the 17x9 all the way around with like 235/40/17's.

well these are really gonna be for looks not function.. i want a deep dish and staggered, it just looks hella better and mean ! I have Stock wheels for drifting and I have a pair of wheels for dragging, i kinda want the 18's with that fat ass lip. But iunno what size tire to run so it looks right.

It doesn't matter what tire size you put on the front, it's going to look like ass with a +38 offset. Go put your stock 16" SE wheels back on for a sec.... the first set will be 8mm farther out, and the second set will be 14mm farther out. The rears will be about right.

If you go with Lincoln's setup on the first set of wheels, they sidewalls will be pretty square. Subtract 10mm of width from each to get a sportier look.

As for the 18's... dude, 28lbs per wheel?! I've seen boat anchors that weigh less. If you just want them for looks, though, it shouldn't matter. For tires just go with the same widths as above and decrease the aspect ratio by 5%.

Two factors. One, the red S13 has 8.5" wide wheels in the front, versus the wimpy 7.5" ones that you spec'd. The 8.5's are another 13mm farther out than the ones you listed, and they still aren't flush on an S13. Secondly, wheel fitment is completely different for S14's, which is what's listed under your name. S14's have a lot more room under the fenders. A setup that's "hella flush" on S13 would merely be "decent" on an S14, by the same standards.
