Water temp guage install

Default Water temp guage install

does anybody know where you would plug the water temp sesor in a S13 ka motor. (DHOC) its electiral guage. thanks

I'd think the easiest way would be to get an adapter for your radiator hoses. Cut your upper or lower hoses in half and then put the adapter in the middle, the adapter normally has a fitting for your sensor.

If you do cut the radiator hose, you would have to use a round aluminum/brass round tubing with threaded cupling.
I installed mines through my inlet heater hose, which is a much smaller than radiator hose, yet its just as effective. But to get a reading, i have to turn on the heater.

o I thought there might be a plug in the motor that you would take out and thread this one in. where would I get an adpator. from the parts store or something???

Advance Auto Parts, or just about any of the major auto part retail store. Looks like a 'T', just make sure the diameter is similar to your radiator hose.
