tps range

can any one tell what should the voltage for the tps when thrttlr is closed and wide open, thanks

The FSM lists WOT as closer to 4.1V.

At Wot The Voltage Only Got As High As 4.1v. Seems To Run Good But Now I Have High Idle And Cant Set Base Timing.
