ok i knwo the basic differences between the SE and non SE ...5 lug, sways ...etc. what is the difference between them that would cause the SE to have a 90amp alternator and the no SE to have a 80amp???? I just found out that me car is a non-se converted to 5 lug and wiht sway bars added, somebody even badged it as an SE....so what the major electrical difference here???

i guess nissan felt the optional 6 speaker systems and such needed a little more draw??? i have an se with the 9o amp, but i had the basic tape player/4 speaker when i bought my car. it shouldnt matter much.

i think it is the fogs...i have the plugs for them, and I had the 6 speaker system. I ran my model number on my computer at work and it says its a damn non-se. The alt. was an 80 amp also.....i swear Nissan is so gay.....thanx guys
