Searching for a winter car, my hope was to find a '95 KA and I've even looked at Z32TTs & VR-4s for ~13-15k but one '95 S14SR is showing promise (in TX).

The guys states the S14 motor came w/ an S14ECU w/ daughterboard. What does that mean to me if he already has a Profec E01 and SAFCII? At a minimum, timing should be taken care of. Can anyone in the U.S. reburn such a ROM? I'm an SR newbe... The car is beautiful, I long for zenki status again.

If he has a boost controller then you better ask him how much boost he ran on that motor.

 

if your still interested in a vr-4, my friends dad just picked one up from auction.i think he's looking for somewhere around 4,000.if you want i can get more info and pics for you.

and i agree with SR20, i dont know many people with boost controllers that keep it at stock boost.but i know you and your car so im sure you'll know what to ask.and can we assume this one will be as clean as the ka-t when you get it.

 

Hey Shady, I'm looking at 94+ VR-4s (Prl White hopefully). I also have my eye on a built Z32TT in SC.

What sucks is I could get a '03 Spec-V for the same price & 10yrs newer. I wish I didn't need a winter car...

 

Hey jesse what a coincedence my S14 just went SR we are both newbs it seems . At the moment I am trying to find out what the sr radiator hoses are with a sr radiator (I don't want to spend $50 Heavy Throttle, $100 enjuku )
