new zealand/australia and europe got S13's rebadged as 200SX

 

They where not (R)PS13's though , meaning they lack SR20DET engines (and other things i'am sure). To my knowledge all s13's sold outside japan (besides the u.s. market cars) had CA18DE(T)'s in them.

 

no. the 180sx (s13 hatchback) had the CA. the Silvia (S13 coupe) had the SR. There is a site in Australia or New Zealand that hosts the SR FSM in japanese, i just can't find the bookmark. it's probably on my crashed Compaq laptop (Compaq sucks!)

 

Are you sure that the S13's that whre sold originally in Australia/New Zealand didn't have anything besides CA's in them ? I'am pretty sure all the ones i seen that exist in New Zealand/Australia have been cars imported from japan, i even recall someone from australia on a messageboard (either nico , or nissanforums) talking about this. This is the reason why they never translated the (S13) SR20DET FSM to any other language besides japenese.

 

the ca was there single cam so every car sold after 93 had the sr
