Rear Main Seal ?
ok my rear main seal has started to leak. in order for me to fix it i have to remove the tranny. heres the dillemma i recently had a problem with my torque converter and it is now welded into place and has lactide around it to insure it doesnt coem loose again.if have to fix the rear main seal the converter bolts will have to be cut and that means more work. heres my options
1 i get a new converter
2 i do a 5-speed swap
please help me out i need to do sumthin soon because right now ill have to purchase oil once a week

And why did you weld the converter?
And why did you weld the converter?
after about a week it came loose again...the only way for it to stay on was to weld them in place
also the converter would be around $300-400 and the swap would be $300-500
