I have had 3 base model single cams...all of them had A/C...Those things must be really rare...
Hah you'd be suprised what some cars don't come with. My buddy is a saturn tech, and he said that on some models (as of last year), Powersteering, and A/C were an option! Some little old lady who got one without either brought her car back because she couldn't steer it after driving it for 5 mins, so they just put about 50lbs of air in her front tires and she never complained again another great shop tale.
