yes I know it is not an injector problem because they are working

the only thing I just noticed was there is an empty plug that is under the fuse/relay box on the passanger side engine bay. what is that for?

There are several empty plugs in that area that should remain empty. If you're talking about the phantom "3rd battery area connector" on the engine harness, it goes everywhere. I traced it once. One wire was a ground for the IACV, one went to the O2 sensor, but none of them were critical for simple operation. If you're talking about right at the fuse box, it's anyone's guess. My auto conversion has about 10 open plugs. Electrically, the only things that your engine needs to run are found on F9/F10 in the "battery area", and they're mostly only power and power switches. Any wiring problem that you're experiencing WILL be on the engine harness.

If 1&2 are getting power, then there's no good reason why 3&4 shouldn't be. All 4 coilpacks are powered by the same wire/relay.

Again, How are you checking for spark? Screwdriver in the end of the coil pack?
