That's from the radiator/electric fan test website. All of that "wiring" is for the data aquisition system that they used.

...and the cooling panel(s) made a huge difference at speed!

Heh, with the cold pipe right behind the radiator, it might make a difference. Who knows.

whole thing looks like a kinda messy project...i like things clean...i dunno why everyone pays that much for one, i can make one with my cutoff wheel and my metal brake in about 15 mins...i should start selling them.
