a s14 w/ a digital heads up display.. I think its pretty damn nice..
and I'm wondering why I havn't seen this on ebay..
and they had this on USDM s13..so why not s14's?

hm..im guessing they stopped doing HUD cuz people got into accidents by staring at the HUD hehe

why do you need HUD for? oh wait, you got automatic so you dont know how fast youre going, and the car shifts by itself. Just flow with traffic.
HUD is far to expensive to produce. A windshield for S13 with HUD cost $800.00. I was told by a auto glass repair man when we were replacing my little bros' windshield.

Well i dont know much about s13s HUD windshield, but price difference between regular s13 and HUD windshield is about $600, so my guess is that they are different.

 

ya.. they are different.. the HUD one has that little film thing on the class.
a non hud windshield still works though.

 

The Hud in that picture looks alot bigger than an S13 Hud. They probably planed for more info to be displayed than just speed.

Oh yeah, Defi makes Hud systems for any car and they come with the display film. I wonder if they sell just the film as a repair part?
