ok so i researched offsets and good fitments for s13... i know in the 5zigen page it shows that the 17x8 + 35 is recommended for the rears... but how would those fit up front? i am willing to roll, pull, and camber the life of it to make it fit... how is that fitment up front?

also i hear that the 17 x9 +20 fits just dandy with correct tire and camber. any thoughts? honestly i searched offsets and all i saw was

" i have 17 x blablabla with this offset" blabalbla and not much mor einformation really...

btw i have coilovers too...don;t want any sunken battleship bullshit

17x8 +35 is no good.

I would go with the new 17x9 +20, I wish they had that offset available when I got wheels.

I've ripped off a few pics from FA and scribbled the wheel and tire notes on them. Here are just a few shots that I have that will help.

17x8+35 is very different than 17X9 +20. The latter will sit 27.5mm farther out! In my research, I've found that the 2 things that make wheels fit are tire width and camber. A 17x9 +20 will probably need a 215 and 2-3 degrees of camber. On the other hand, you could probably run a 235 or 245 on the 17x8 +35 with 1.5-2 degrees of camber.

 

hrrmmm i am thinking i might just do 17 x8 +35 front with a 10mm spacerlmao...

i am def doing the 17 x9 +20 rear... i remember that gary guy trying to sell hsi wheels ... with correct tire and camber it would be PERFECT@! )) thanks all

 

yeah I sadly went the 5zigen route on my s14 17x8 +27F and 17x9 +15R rears need rolling/pulling about 1-2cm on the S13 it would be about 5-10mm more. Just thought I would help out.
