whats the easiest way to what? If you mean the fuel pump, then through the trunk, if you're looking in the trunk from the back, then itll be on your right side, lift up the carpet/objects, its held in by 4 bolts, then like another 4...

it might be a crimp or blockage in the line...
First check if your fuel pump relay is good. if so then have someone put the key to KOEO (key on engine off) and be listening near the fuel pump to see if you hear it cycle for the five seconds...if all thats good, check the lines for crimps, or blockages.

you just hard wire it to either your system like i did and ground it in the back or you can run a positive wire all the way up by the battery under the hood if you havent relocated it and then ground it... either way yo have to run a positive wire to the back for your battery or fuel pump then just tap a ground in.

yeah just pull out the wiring to the fuel pump figure which one is pos+ and neg- then ground the neg to a near by screw then hard wire a pos. but make sure it comes on when the car turns on do not leave it running all the time
