Post Anyone have thoughts on the pulsars?

I know not to many people know about them, but I just purchased my second one and love them... I am currently trying to get anyone to fabricate sr20det (U12 Bluebird motor) mounts so that I can be able to bolt it up in my pulsar. If anyone wants to fabricate them for me soon I would appreciate it. What do you guys think about pulsars and why doesn't anyone else really build them up?

Certainly one of the forgotten Nissans amidst the SR community. If I remember correct the guys over at ZFever had something to do with a GTI-R so it may be worth contacting one of them about the mounts.

I'm talking about the first one. We were never offered the Gti-r pulsar here in the states. I don't see why people forget about the U.S. Pulsar - they have a nice little high revving ca18de in them. I am gonna give up on trying to make mounts to fit the sr20det and just drop in a ca18det. The pulsar here in the states had about 125 hp and T-tops. Fun cars - just for some reason were never popular. I wonder why not?

i think the only "why not?" is the cramped space, and you could just get an nx200 which doesnt weigh much more, and already has an sr20.
but, if you want to do it, go for it, it would still be cool.

I am having a difficulty finding a FWD ca18det - does anyone know where to get one? I can get the ca18det rwd for 1200.00 all day long, but then you have to switch alot of things and I'm not really familiar with it all. HELP PLEASE

Ah, I thought they were talking about an imported GTIR, as several grey markets are floating around.
