Default KA24DE Peak Boost Exh Mani PICS

we test fit the peak boost ka24de manifold top mount, basically the same thing as the SR20 manifold, and let me tell you it clears!!

Clears A/C
Clears Power Steering
Clears the hood
TONS of brake master cylinder clearance with a 4 bolt .82a/r T3 side. A 1.06 T3 side should offer justas much clearance!!
MSRP is going to be same price as the SR one. It will have provisions for Tial 38mm wastegate as well.

PICS CRAZY!!!

looks good! i dont see the wg elbow yet but i'll assume it will be off the collector much like my manifold and or how the sr20 PB one looks? definately room for it there.

the only issue i see is minor, just the small clearance between the turbo outlet/hotpipe elbow and that one manifold runner...but nothing some heat shielding will fix (the bolt pattern for clocking looks like if u clocked the comp housing, it would be blowing right out where the ps reservoir is).

also what turbo is that? gt30something?

the turbo in the pictures is a GT3040R -

yes ,the wastegate will be very similar to the peak boost sr manifold

the way the hotpipe and exhaust runner are routed on our cars is very similar to that, and we haven't had any problems with it, dan. some fire sleeving would always fix it though.

and looking at those pics we could easily clock the turbo a little bit more towards the driver's side without a problem.

Wow , nissan-tech is starting to turn into the honda forum.*back to topic* The manifold looks like it can't get any better (considering all the interfering psteering/ac stuff you have to work around). Just a little off topic , but how does the (SR20) peakboost manifold and full-race manifold compare to one another?
