headlight wiring issue

Default headlight wiring issue

I cant seem to figure out how to wire in the high beam bulbs on my square silvia lights....I already have the low beams, and when i switch to high, the low go high, but where should i wire the other bulbs to?? anyone help...

there shoyuld be a plug from each bulb assembly and should be a area on the back of one of the plugs to plug one of the lights into...i thought the same thig with mine, your brights will be seperate from your dims...in my sig those r just my brights...my dims r the outermost but they only come on when u have dime, so if u use brights only one set comes on , not both...i hope this helps

yeah, there are two plugs on the back of the assembly, but the stock usdm headlights only had one plug....understand my dilemma?

yes ...if u have 2 plugs..one from each light, there will be a socket on the back of one of those lights , plug in there then one plug goes to your existing usdm plug...provide a pic if u can , ill be able to help u out more if u do that

Ok, the bulb on the left has 3 prongs (on/off/hi), and the usdm harness plugs right in, but the bulb on the right has 2 prongs (just on/off) and i dont know where to wire that one to....

You're missing a sub-harness. It wires the two together so that it just plugs into the factory usdm plug.

i see now, thanks for the ics, btw looks good ..looks like mine actually , both need paint...interesting u dont have a sub harness...ill post a pic of how ghetto my lights were when i bouhgt the car , i have a wire that goes across the core support to the other side for my dims...it might be the same situation...weird? what year is the car?
