Default Ser died

I got 4 code coming at once .
p1122 p0223 p0123 p2135 .

I was told that the ecm's are burning up in the 02's .
So i need to know if get a used ecm do i need to have nissan flash it ?
I also have a used Tb with the tps on it coming .

Should that slove my codes??? I hate this car .

HAHA I called the dealer and the service guy asks "how many miles "
I say 60k . He goes "wooooooooooo thats going to cost you"
To have the dealer fix the ecm , tps they est. 2200$$$$$$

Thats funny

well seeing as how all those codes are drive by wire related, i'd replace the TPS first, then from there check for reference voltage at each of the switches, and sensors of the electronic throttle control system. Good luck...i don't think an ECU is necessary just yet.

That is insanely expensive , if i was you i would hit up all the junkyards and see if they have anything you can use (They probably won't sell the ECM for cheap though). If not , their where some places around that repair ecu's , I would check and see if you can get it repaired. If all else fails , you can go with a standalone of sorts. If it was me though i'd just find a stock ECM and sell that thing. I don't know why but i never liked the newer SE-R's . I wonder what it would take to drop a SR20 in their. And yes nissan should be able to flash the ECM so you can get the immobilizer programmed for your key. As long as you show proof of purchase (i.e. reciept of sorts). They shouldn't give you any problems.

Sorry to hear about the problems man. Dont know if the ECU will need to be reflashed but you may wanna check and see if a spec v ecu can be used or if you need an se-r one. If the spec v has a different one, good luck finding a used non spec 5spd ecu.

Btw Im surprised you posted this here knowing the love b15s get from the rest of the nissan community.

you wonder what it would take to drop an SR in a new SE-R EludeR? ask CubanPrince...he's had a nightmare of a time doing it...anyways, if you need an ECM don't go to junkyards, Ebay is way easier and cheaper.

I've seen his car in person , it sounded badass. But his is the only one i've seen with that swap in it. Good luck trying to find a B15 SE-R ECU on ebay. BTW i haven't forgotten about the engine , I still haven't removed it yet. I'am still waiting a little bit like i told you. Should be out by around next thursday/friday (monday at the latest) this week though. Just hope all of my stuff ships out by the end of this week.
