I'm sorry if I overlooked the thread when searching(maybe I didn't search hard enough?), but I didn't find one for this problem. My brake lights are on all the time, no matter what I do, they are the same, the blinkers work, it's the just the top two bulbs or so in the red part on each side, and the 3rd hatch light. My first guesses are(and is probably one of these):

Relay
Fuse

Other than that I'm pretty lost as to what to do. I would appreciate no flaming, I just would like to find the answer quick as I can, to eliminate some guesswork. Thanks,

look around the brake pedal there will be a button somwhere around the fire wall where the brake arm meets the wall

brake light switch, or what steve said.
go to an auto parts store in the "help" section, there will be a little assortment of push plugs to fix it tomorrow, since otherwise youll have to wait at nissan on monday.

 

and unhook your battery tonight

 

i had exact same problem on mt 240 and it was brake light switch
