hey guys not sure if this question has been asked b4 but i searched and didnt find any thing. any ways does the 95 240 have the same ecu as the 96? i know they are differant but will they work for eachother? because they both came out of a manual car, both got a/c but mine is a 3c cuz its the 95 and the other one is ac and its 96... what do i have to do to make them work/ will they work???

96 is obd 2 and 95 is odb 1

it varies..only late model 96's are obd II

 

actually from what i understand., most 95's are sort of a generic obd2, while taking an obd2 datalilnk connector, and giving obd2 codes, its still basically an advanced form of obd1.

i say plug it in and see what happens.
all twin cam 5 speed s13 ecus are interchangable.. i dont see any reasons s14 would be any different.

 

it wont start it just keeps tryin to turn but never does

 

you cant put a 96 ecu into a 95 pinouts are different

 

i figured it was some thing like that but i couldnt find any info on it.
