It's part of a project. Sometimes it turns out this way. Compression would not be right if the headgasket was blown and you would be blowing out coolant. Just like you said you are using a pretty beat up radiator. That's the problem. Make sure you are getting plenty of air with whatever fan setup your are using, do you have a fan shroud? Buy a new radiator since you are using a used one - they become inefficient when they are old, clogg, and many other things. I think that is your only problem. Is the waterpump new? Try changing the thermostat. That's all you pretty much have to make sure of. I would say a new radiator and making sure the fan / fans are working good = problem solved.

Bro, do u think i dont know this? Dont u think i have thought of all that shit? I mean, jesus christ what more can i do. I owe $9500 on the car. The dude that built it pretty much screwed me over. I mean, this kind of situations r completely fuck up and it sux even more when the dude was suppopsed to be my friend. I dont know what to do man...i really dont. I want to make it work, i mean...i have to make it work, i have no other choice. I ran out of money man. Im trying everything and anything i can to get it fixed. Shit, i dont even know if the motor is good. Ive flat out asked the dude for help. But whatever, its a long story. My point is that those things dont help me at all man. All you're doing is making me angry. I mean, you seem like a smart dude. Instead of thinking of how to make me look stupid why dont u use your brain to try and help me out with opinions/suggestions (other then burning the car or driving it into a river........which trust me i already thought of it).

if you read your question you answered almost all of your own questions.
Well actually, Martin at XAT pressurized the system. The dude did a compression check and a leak down test. Compression was 160 all across and leak down came out good. But the symptoms are still that of a motor with a bad headgasket or something similar. Now shit if you got solutions liek that then tell me how to fix that.

Thanx for the reply antman. Well, i have aftermarket fans that are constantly running. The thermostat is new which was put in by martin at xat. I dont know about the water pump. The radiator i know i have to change but i mean, it came out of a 2003 car. Thing is this radiator comeswith the qr25de motor and i heard somethign about the fluid being moved down and up by the way the fins are? Most radiators go sideways. I mean...im just trying to think of everything.

i dont mean compression test, i mean the radiator pressure test.
it will pressureize the system, and expose any leaks.
but it wont have enough pressure to reveal a blown headgasket usually.

you can get a block tester, which you suck some coolant into the tester, and it will turn color if there is exhaust gas present.
the tester kit is like 50$.

also, you can drill a pinhole in the thermostat, so it is open all the time.

Try the stock replacement radiator for your car or maybe an upgraded one like Koyo or something. Either way it will be brand new, you can possibly solve the issue for a few hundred bucks, or route the radiator out. I know this doesn't help much but from what I posted earlier is what only makes sense to me. If the compression is perfect then the rings / headgasket are fine. The cooling system is the issue. Try making a shroud for the fans if their isn't one? That does make a difference. I really don't know what else to tell you..

I am thinking your radiator is not efficient enough. Waterpump is on its way out. I believe you said you already replaced the thermostat. Or there is air in the system. Or combination of above.

What year is your car? Is it still under warranty? Maybe you can have some kind of recourse thru a dealership by playing a dumb card....?

Just tossin' some ideas...
