weird electrical problem on s13
I finally got the new dohc motor. got the motor in, everything is hooked up, excet for driveshaft and downpipe right now. but motor starts and idles fine.I did the sohc to dohc swap. the problem im having is. the headlights come on but dont come up, the auto seatbelts dont work, the clock on the gauge cluster doesnt come on. but if i start the motor and keep it running and then turn on the headlights it works and so does everything else. i remember Buck19 posted about this, but i cant find his thread in here.
