Thumbs down My WRX SR20 issue WTF !?!

I get in the car this am to start the car and I start it up and the car was shaking violently, and sounded like a WRX. MY inital thought was Oh its cold and I'll give it a few to warm up...

No go. The car continued to sound like this and rev like this..
So I pull out and it was stuttering and running and still sounded like a WRX. Im like WTF ! a SOLID 10 min of running and it finally stopped running like ass and sounding like a WRX.

Never done this before.. any ideas ?

I had a loose MAFS connector once, that made the car do that. It sounded way worse than my WRX ever did. Make sure the connection is tight and also free of water/condensation.

it could be a faulty injecotr, faulty coil pack

or blown cylinder.

if nothign electrical fixes it, break out the compression tester.
