Default weird clutch problems

Ok, my clutch is strange, when i get up in the morning to start my car i push in the clutch it will stay on the floor i have to reach my toe underneath it and pull it back out and pump it a few times to build pressure. and it always feels like it never engages fully and my clutch release is right on the floor. do i just bleed it to change the release position? does it sound like i have air in the lines?

bleed it, play with the adjustment, and if those dont work... get a new slave cylinder.... if that doesnt work, get a new master cylinder... also in the process get rid of that second bleeder.

yeah sounds like you have a leak. new clutch master cylinder, new clutch slave cylinder. if you want to firm up the feel of your clutch for performance driving, look into a braided clutch line that eliminates the clutch damper, and if a peformance clutch is in the future, the nismo slave cylinder is a larger diameter, and uses a pretty unique internal design. for many a stock clutch slave cylinder is enough, however. the twins run nismo slave cylinders with nismo braided clutch lines.

i read on freshalloy a while back that the nismo slave cylinder is the exact same part as an OEM N/A Z31 slave cylinder. it costs $40 from courtesyparts whereas the nismo is like $180

I was the one that posted that origionally, and I was wrong. external dimensions are the same, but the rest is different. Also the Nismo comes with a strenghthened pivot which has been known to fail.
