Nissan Azeal Concept
the stance doesnt look like a fwd...but either way the car is hot!
but imo the new concepts are getting too bulky...like the windows are shrinking and the body is taking them over...

Nissan would be dumb to go head to head with an SRT-4, especially with a QR. I'm not that fond of it, but the Neon has rediculous power/$, with loads more potential. I just don't think that anyone could make a faster, cheaper car. It'd be like someone trying to out build/price a WRX. I'm pretty sure that you couldn't make a less expensive AWD turbo car that performed better. Of course the kicker to this is "...and be profitable". I could sell you a new Benjamin for $35, and it would be a hell of a deal. I just wouldn't be doing it that long.
Nissan would do better to just soak up the cost of making that car RWD. They could charge more, and they would sell more, too.
They need to tone down the styling, I dont like the headlights, too big and long for such a small car, if they smoked the tails theyd be cool, the shape of the car overall is nice. It does hint of the Scion TC a bit.
+1 get rid of that console mounted shifter
+2 it needs to be rwd if they want to really refer to it as a
"baby 350z"
if they offer it with a turbo motor and at a reasonable price(i.e. same as the spec v with all the options tacked on to it), nissan could really bring out the fighting gloves in our section of the market. They friggin need to cuz theyve just been f*ckin around the past couple of years. Just my 2cents

either theyre gonna make the 350z more powerful, or i dont see this anytime soon. why would you have a car that is faster than your big baller car. either its not gonna be as fast as the 350z or theyre gonna up the power on them.

Since this is my thread I figure I should throw my opinion out. The exterior styling is growing on me since I first looked at it, but Im still not much for the interior. The steering wheel, shifter, and air vents need to go. Oh and the seat color sucks too, but Im sure that would change in the production cars. I do however love the idea of a factory 2.5L turbo.

Don't put it past Nissan. They did it with the Maxima back in 95. Tore the shorts right off the Z.
Um, and that car is ugly.
