Gauge cluster not working

Gauge cluster not working
nothing works. not even the clock. the clock illuminates, but no numbers, dash light doesnt turn on. head lights work but they dont flip up and down, windshield wipers dont work. im kinda stumped here. this is on a single to twin cam swap. has the twin cam gauge cluster in it.

the single cam dash harness. thats probably where the problem is. someone told me that you could keep the single cam dash harness. but ill run to the junk yard monday.

ive check the fuses visually. ill check for continuity next time im working on it.
