91 KA into a 95?
What will it take to drop a ka24 out of a 91 240 into my 95 240?

The only reason I could think of was that he may have blown his 95 motor.
I'm assuming that you already have the 95, and it's not missing any pieces. If that's the case, you just swap the long blocks. Use the 95 distributer, coolant temp sensors, and wiring harness. To avoid the nest of vacuum lines on the intake manifold, I'd just eliminate the emissions. I'd use the 95 upper intake manifold as well, since it doesn't have the secondary butterfly BS. You should also inspect wear parts (clutch stuffs, seals) while you're in there, but that goes without saying.
