where is the starter relay?

Default where is the starter relay?
i cant find it and the startrer is good we got it tested can anyone help fast?

i think its pass side just behind the head light
(ithink it the blue thing back there)

that same thing happened on my friends tacoma. we wiggled the battery cables around and it started right up.

we finally found the problem its the solonoid we hit it and its fine
