yes, google it. it has been done. more involved than a 240, but it does work....

is the sr20 fast ? what do you think is fast ? it's quick stock.
there has been plenty of swaps in a hardbody and the one key component is they SEARCHED for it. try it and the world will unfold.
Taylor D once told me you have three options:
fast , reliable , cheap but you can only choose two.
fast + reliable = ain't cheap


SEARCH or call some of the local shops thats preformed the swap

You'll have a hard time mounting any sort of intercooler. Plus it will be hard to put that power to the ground. A hardbody has a super light rear, plus no LSD, plus leaf springs. You might as well be installing it in a shopping cart.

 

Yeah, to do it right you need to do a whole lot of modding. Search google. I saw a guy who had it done and he put on a j30 rear end and he also has some info on how he put the IC on.
