Wow, all i can say is wow. I am going through the exact same thing. Although my wreck happened almost a year ago. Some bitch in an SUV run t-bones the side of my car and some how i get the ticket. effing asshole cop.
Anyway, it was easy enough to get it thrown out of court. And now its on with the bitch, her insurance company, and the St Pete police dept. Glad you are still alive. Seek medical attention immediately if you already haven't and seek out good legal counsel. Just get perpared for a long and agrivating road ahead.
