no no no no no no, the bolt pattern of the mustang is different. the 5 lug pattern is the same as the mustang but the 4 lug is different, i know this cause i tried putting pony rims on my 240. the guy who sold launch the wheels has his facts screwed up. the make welds in alot of differnet bolt patterns. the 240 is 4x114.3 or 4x4.5, but thats not the same as a 4 lug mustang.

I think this is right. I tried to fit some of my friend's rotary dial style wheels and they didn't work. I think the older stangs were 4x4.25, but I'm not 100% sure. Also, you're wheels probably have 8 holes because they allow you to use 4x4.5 and 4x4.25. I noticed the 4 lug welds on ebay came with two different p.c.d. styles.
