Bust out the sawzall, get a Duraliner for a pickup, add a dash of duct tape and there you have it.

The bedliner would be the "truck"part to fill the void. Silicone caulk and aluminum foil tape would fix any of the other gaps.

Grab a tape measure, go to the junk yard, and see if you could use the back window and inside of the bed from an old Nissan or Datsun pickup and weld it in.
