What exactly is leaking? The pump, the lines, the rack?

Theres' really only a few components of the power steering system

1) the rack
2) the line assembly. the entire line assembly is about $300 brand new from Nissan, it will last you for another 10 years or so.
3) the pump
4) the resivoir

replace all of these, and make sure every connection is OEM, and you won't have any more problem!

Doesnt make much sense, if its not leaking from the ps pump, the resorvior or any of the few lines thats runs throughout the system then it can only be the rack. Kinda odd he couldnt figure out where the leak is from...you would think like with most leaks that are pretty visual that you could see the drip or leak and trace it back at least into a general area.

thats the funny part. nothings really wet or anything. its like the fluid was just gone. the nly thing moist was the suction line from the resevoir to the pump... but nothing really worht worrying baout...

i dunno
