Default help me plsss! idling issues, car dies when i step on the clutch

I have searched all over the net, some people said it could be a bad IACV, or a bad MAF, or the car just needs a tune up(new plugs, dist cap, etc).... What is your opinion on this? The car ran perfectly before i did my koyo install... but while installing the radiator, i loosened what i thought was the relief valve, but now it looks like it's the plastic screw for the IACV (that plastic screw on top of this sensor which is in the middle of the intake manifold)... I know i should've double checked first, grrr..... I did tighten in, and tried to loosen it, but it doesn't seem to be affecting the idle either way now... and now once the car is fully warmed up and i start driving it, it would die as soon as i would step on the clutch and let the car cruise on neutral...

I've heard it could be a bad IACV, but it idles fine at around 750rpms... I'm not exactly sure if its the MAF since it was PERFECTLY fine before i touched that darn screw... I would be getting an safc2 down the line, but would it be able to get rid of this problem?(i heard it has that feature that leans out the fuel when it reaches a certain rpm).. I'm a little nervous about the IACV going bad since i doubt nissan USA would have that item in stock, or would a 93 SE-R iacv fit?

this little project of mine is turning into a nightmare!!!!!! Thanks so much in advance for any input u may have on this...
